PLAYER INFORMATION

We will be having two performances, limited to 60 players each

(to account for space in the Bier Hall).

*Pre-registration is required for the 1pm performance*

$10 registration fee

Please bring your own stand and dress festively!

Carols for a Merry TubaChristmas (the music book we play from) will be available for purchase ($20 small book, $25 large book).

 

First Performance Details:

Check-in/warm up (in the basement): 10:30 - 11:30am

Rehearsal (in the basement)*: 11:45am

Performance in the main Bier Hall: 1:00pm

 

*We will only be having rehearsal before the 1pm performance. We encourage first-time players or those who need the practice to come for the 1pm.

 

Second Performance Details:

Registration/check-in (basement): 3:00 - 3:45pm

Performance: 4:00pm in the Bier Hall

Please allow enough time to warm up and get upstairs to set up.
