PLAYER INFORMATION

 

We are presenting two concerts, 1:00pm and 4:00pm. Due to stage limitations, capacity is limited to 60 players for each performance.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
There will be NO day-of registrations accepted.

 

Performer registration: $10.00

*Includes one 2024 TubaChristmas® commemorative button

and a ticket for a free beverage (yes, even bier!)

There will be a run-through/rehearsal of songs before the 1:00pm performance only. No rehearsal prior to the 4:00pm performance. We encourage new players to sign up for the earlier performance if you would like to attend the group rehearsal.

Registration (Bierhaus basement): Anytime after 10:30am

(allow time to unpack and warm up before rehearsal)

Rehearsal: 11:30~12:30

Performance in main Bier Hall: 1:00pm

4:00 pm DETAILS

Registration: (Bierhaus basement): Anytime after 3:00pm

(allow time to unpack and warm up)

Performance in main Bier Hall: 4:00pm (be on stage by 3:50)
